Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

These terms are intended to provide clarity around bookings, cancellations, payments, and appointments. They apply to all sessions and packages booked through Pūrṇam Sādhanā. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Payment

Payment is due before or at the time of the session. Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect the time and space reserved for each client. Exceptions may be made in cases of serious illness or emergencies.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Please inform me as soon as possible if you are running late. Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be considered a cancellation, and the full session fee will still apply.
